Sumario:

Este trabajo se centra en el denominado consentimiento informado. La autora estudia su naturaleza jurídica. Afirma que constituye un acto jurídico personalísimo, que debe diferenciarse de otros actos y declaraciones y que exige reglas propias para la protección eficaz de la persona y su dignidad. Estudia ese acto jurídico personalísimo, sus caracteres, el momento perfectivo, su estructura, la manifestación de la voluntad, su objeto, causa y las vicisitudes.

Abstract:

This work deals with the so called informed consent. The author studies its legal nature. She states that it is a very personal legal act that must be differentiated from other acts and declarations and that demands its own rules for the best protection of persons and their dignity. She studies this very personal legal act, its characteristics, the moment of its formation, its structure, the manifestation of willingness, its object, cause and its vicissitudes.
